Wetumpka man arrested, charged with 20 counts of possession of child porn

A Wetumpka man was arrested and charged with 20 counts of Possession of Child Pornography and three counts of Dissemination of Child Pornography Thursday, according to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency.
