Pickens, Pike, Randolph, Russell, Shelby, St. Clair, Sumter,
Talladega, Tallapoosa and Tuscaloosa.

* WHEN...Through Friday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
