Submitted / TPI Claudia O’Connell has qualified to be on the ballot in Eclectic for Town Council Place 4.
After the resignation of Eclectic Town Council Place 4 representative Colby Bellew last month, the council appointed Claudia O’Connell to fill the open seat.
Mayor Guy Sanders said the town received two applications for the seat.
