The Elmore County volleyball team is off to a great start in the AHSAA Class 5A Super Regional Tournament. The Panthers beat Eufaula, 3-0 (25-12, 27-25, 25-15) in straight sets to advance to the second round. 

“I think we were ready to play and they came out on fire,” Elmore County coach Kim Moncrief said. “They were digging up good hitting by Eufaula and we were able to put our offense together early. I think we started strong.”
