The Wetumpka baseball team is playing its best baseball of the year.

Wetumpka is set to host Brookwood this weekend in the first round of the AHSAA Class 6A playoffs. The Indians, which went an impressive 6-0 in Area 3 play, have won 13 of their last 16 games and are sitting at 20-13 on the season.
