Lady Indians march to second at Scottsboro Tournament

Coach Randy Belyeu and his assistant coach Chris Dixon stood amazed at the caliber of play the Wetumpka Lady Indians were facing over the weekend in Scottsboro.

“Pisgah is a college team disguised as a 3A high school,” Belyeu joked Monday afternoon. “They had a pitcher that could spin the ball around a flag pole and it fall in for a strike.”
