Stanhope Elmore’s Dee Barnes adds two touchdowns to his record-breaking 29 total on the season, despite the postseason loss to Theodore.

Headed into their first postseason appearance in five years, the Stanhope Elmore Mustangs fought like they had nothing to lose. They fought hard until the end, but ultimately, turnovers and mistakes bolstered Theodore’s offense in the second half and put the Bobcats in a position to win as the game clock ticked down. 

In spite of their 14-7 lead at the half, the Mustangs faltered in the second half and saw their hopes of a run slip just out of reach. Stanhope Elmore fell to Theodore 44-27 in Mobile.
