An Alabama Department of Corrections inmate’s murder case will be presented to an Elmore County Grand Jury.

Slyvester Slay, 40, of Clio, is one of four Alabama Department of Corrections’ inmates charged with the June 6 murder of inmate Cason Helms in the Elmore Correctional Facility.
