Holding onto a job for 10 years is a rare occurrence these days.

But John Findley did it for 32 years and eight months as a juvenile probation officer in Elmore County. He spent his career guiding supervised juveniles who were in the juvenile court system. New Year’s Eve was his last day on the job. His co-workers, friends and family celebrated him in the Elmore County Justice Center.
