Ana Sofia Meyer / TPI Wetumpka's football team is facing a tough slate in the new Class 5A Region 2. This summer, the Indians are working to get in all the necessary reps to compete and claim the region championship.

The Indians hosted Holtville for a summer organized team activity on Thursday morning, which allowed each team to get in live reps in simulated 11-on-11 situations. Each team got several downs on offense and defense as well as special teams, first splitting the groups into skill positions and those at the line of scrimmage then coming together to practice plays and certain game situations.
