Alabama Attorney General Steve Marshall today announced the indictment of three men in Lee County for discharging a weapon into an occupied building or vehicle, with enhanced charges under Alabama’s Criminal Enterprise Act.

Jamaroun Dayshun Satterwhite, Demarious Ross, and Timothy Bell each face four felony counts stemming from their alleged involvement in the crime. These indictments are the result of a collaborative investigation between the Attorney General’s Office, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office, and the Lee County District Attorney’s Office.
