Football season is finally here. If you were one of the many people racing home Monday evening to catch the preseason opener for Monday Night Football, you can hang with me any day.

MNF is a big deal, of course, but preseason MNF is really just for those diehard fans who have been jonesing for some football since the Patriots outlasted the Panthers in the last Super Bowl. The NFL Draft, which consumed an entire weekend of mine, was just a taste of things to come. Mini camps and then training camps have now evolved into preseason football.
