Concerns over the State General Fund were validated Thursday when Joyce Bigbee of the Legislative Fiscal Office presented the Condition of the State at the 2005 State Budget Hearings.

“The State General Fund is in a very difficult position,” Sen. Ted Little said. “It is in a very critical state and we have to work out a proper budget plan in order for state agencies to survive.”
