At the start of a New Year, many set resolutions to lose weight or improve their overall health. While many believe going on a diet and increasing exercise is the key to improving one's health, some people forget to take care of the body’s largest organ — the skin. 

When discussing skincare, most people think of beauty regimens to remove acne or other blemishes; however, skincare is so much more than that.
