Recruiting new business in Tallassee is paying off right now.

In a matter of a couple weeks, two new businesses have opened in downtown Tallassee with posts of another coming soon and a regional franchise has opened an automatic car wash on Gilmer Avenue. It comes after the City of Tallassee has spent years trying to replace utilities downtown and dress it up.
