Detroit's Cade Cunningham (bottom) suffered a collapsed lung when he collided with Washington's Tre Johnson (top)

Cade Cunningham, who has sparked the Detroit Pistons to the NBA Eastern Conference lead, will miss at least two weeks with a collapsed left lung, the team announced on Thursday.

Cunningham leads the Pistons with 24.5 points and 9.9 assists a game and also has 5.6 rebounds and 1.5 steals per contest.
