(The Center Square) – Elon Musk's artificial intelligence company xAI is challenging a Minnesota law that restricts access to technology used to “nudify” images in the state.

The law is set to take effect Saturday. xAI filed the lawsuit earlier this week in the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota.
