The Wetumpka Police Department went to Chapel Lakes Loop Thursday morning to execute a felony arrest warrant of a rape suspect. Robert Blowers, 19, of Wetumpka wasn’t there.

“He was at work in Millbrook,” Wetumpka police chief Ed Reeves said. “Millbrook Police Department picked him up for us.”
