Three-Year Contract — Platform Supporting Elementary Schools' "New Sports and Cultural Activities"

(Nasdaq: LFS) (the "Company" or "Leifras"), a sports and social business company dedicated to youth sports and community engagement, and a leading operator of children's sports schools and school club activity support businesses in Japan, today announced that it had been awarded a continuation contract by the City of Nagoya for the "Nagoya School Club Activities Human Resources Bank Operation Services" (the "Contract"). Under the Contract, the Company will continue, for the three years beginning September 1, 2026, to comprehensively operate the recruitment, training, and matching system for instructors responsible for the "new sports and cultural activities" at Nagoya municipal elementary schools (the "Project"), which activities the Company has operated since April 2022. The Project is designed to address the challenge of securing qualified local staff capable of providing professional and safe instruction, as the country transitions the manner in which school club activities are conducted from school-based to community-based management, and to facilitate the establishment of a sustainable operating structure.
