1 released, 2 still held with no bond in Titus robbery, assault

Three teenagers were facing remaining in jail for the foreseeable future after they were charged with first-degree robbery, second-degree assault and third-degree theft of property related to a July 2 incident in Titus.

After a July 14 Aniah’s Law hearing, Jayden Partridge, 19, of Prattville and a 17-year-old male from Prattville are being held in the Elmore County Jail with no bond available to them. A 17-year-old female from Prattville was released after Elmore County District Court Judge Glenn Goggans said there was no probable cause for charges against her.
