It’s official. Incumbent Wetumpka City Council District representative Kevin Robbins retains his seat on the council for a fourth term.

The Wetumpka City Council convened a special called meeting last Tuesday to canvas the vote from the Sept. 23 municipal runoff election. There was only one race on the ballot. The council certified Robbins received 70 votes and Hunter Mills, the other candidate in the runoff, received 58 votes.
