Elmore County's Marley Hicks rises above Dadeville's Jadyn Burns for a shot attempt. Elmore County forced 24 steals against Dadeville.

The recipe was simple for the Elmore County girls basketball team — create turnovers and sink free throws. Both of which were crucial in a 40-18 win over Dadeville on Tuesday.

Alycia Gill finished right behind with another eight points, three rebounds and one steal — knocking down two 3-pointers on the Tigers as well.
