Holtville High School senior Tyler Logan Hackett is a football player. But it isn’t what defines him.

Hackett was named the 2026 Overall Joe Sewell Memorial Award boys’ winner for activities far beyond the football field. After graduation, he plans to study aerospace engineering at Auburn University using a Spirit of Auburn Scholarship to aid in his education. He is also active in his church and volunteers, and somehow he balances it all.
