It’s been a few decades since an art festival has been held on the site of 17 Springs. But Genia Westbrook changed that this past weekend with Artoberfest inside The Fieldhouse at 17 Springs.

The last festival was on the site of the Grandview YMCA from approximately the 1930s to the 1970s. Art still continued on the site though.
