An Eclectic man died early Sunday morning following a two-vehicle head-on collision on Alabama Highway 14 about 4 miles east of Wetumpka.

Carl Ray Chadwick II, 29, of Eclectic was pronounced dead at the scene where a 1995 Ford Explorer he was driving collided with a 2010 Toyota Tundra around 3:35 a.m. Sunday. The driver of the Tundra also was an Eclectic man.
