Endless chatter, a little debate and small tools spell disaster in most classrooms.
But in the Wetumpka High School science classroom of Dr. Virginia Vilardi, it is welcomed. The veteran teacher sits back and listens. A group of freshman and sophomores on the first-year VEX robotics team were evaluating the pros and cons of redesigning certain elements of its machine after a weekend competition.
