Stanhope Elmore's Dee Barnes, right, carries the ball against Prattville on Friday night.

Stanhope Elmore just didn’t have enough horses to stand up to 7A Prattville in the Battle of I-65, falling to the Lions 43-13.

Prattville, now led by notable local coach Bobby Carr, held the Mustangs to just six points in the first half and found they have two quarterbacks who know how to put the ball in the end zone.
