Occupancy rates at Wetumpka hotels are high.

With limited hotel rooms, this means there is a strong possibility more people would like to visit. Those visits translate into lodging and sales taxes being paid by non-residents visiting. The Wetumpka City Council is trying to make it easier for another hotel to come to town with a feasibility study.
