Have you ever been in a sauna or steam room? All you do is sit there … and sweat. If you want to sweat a little more, pour water on the rocks or spigot, depending on what sort of room you’re in at the time.
I used to go to the gym, get in a quick workout and then straight to the sauna for a prolonged sweat. If I had a cold or wasn’t feeling well, I’d skip the workout and just hit the sauna. Whatever illed me at the time would leave my body drip by sweaty drip.
