For most, any day ending with a “Y” is a good day for football — and for Southern Prep, it switched the Friday Night Lights for some Thursday night action against Escambia Academy.
Things started off well enough for Southern Preparatory Academy in its football season opener on Friday night. The Rangers even led by a score to open the game.
